Other important information

• All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup within 20 miles of our warehouse. 

• Our standard policy is to set up on the morning of your event and collect the following day. We can sometimes arrange for alternative set-up/collection times but please discuss this with us before booking any items.

• We will deliver your product, set it up, and pick it up for FREE within a 20 mile distance from the Floral Bloom warehouse in Bury St Edmunds. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your event address and we will be happy to let you know.

• If your location exceeds 20 miles, we charge £0.45p/mile. Not to exceed 75 miles total.

• Price is for 1 setup/location only. The price you pay is for the set up of your hire items one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.

• We require a 25% deposit payment upon booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before your event. Payments are to be made via bank transfer or PayPal after you have received your invoice, and signed your terms of booking document.

• We will work directly with your venue so you don’t have to be the go-between for set up, delivery, storage, and pickup. Therefore, we ask for the name, address, and phone number of your venue. 

• Disclaimer- Floral Bloom reserves the right to take photographic and video items of the hired items prior to / at your event and to use those images for marketing purposes.
